HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR 2008

Cerita pertama saya untuk tahun ini ialah saya sudah hampir sembuh daripada penyakit kulit yang saya alami. Thanx to Dr. Joseph Lee of Putatan Klinik & Surgeri.

I went to the clinic with my father (he also had same condition with me) met with the doctor on 13/01/2008 (Sunday). He diagnosed me with psioriasis and ringworm. My prescriptions are as follows:

For 2 weeks treatment

1. One shot of injection during the appointment (maybe steriod dose)

2. Loratadine 10mg pills - for itchiness - Consume 1 pill every morning

3. Dhasolone 5mg pills - for allergy - consume 2 pills every morning. afternoon & at night (for 4 days only)

4.Hydroxyzine 10mg pills - for itchiness - consume 1 pill every night

5.Itrazol 100mg (Itraconazole) - for skin - 1 pill at night (time must be fixed-effective for 24hrs)

6.Ecort Cream - Apply on skin in the morning

7.Miconazole cream - Apply on skin in the afternoon

8.Dermovate ointment - Apply thoroughly on skin at night

9. Mentar Shampoo -apply on scalp once daily (but I applied everytime taking bath)

10. Vitamin A- Taken daily in the morning

The doctor advised me to avoid seafood, red meat such as lamb, egg & nuts.

So, I became a vegetarianlah. But still can eat chicken & pork lah in minimal. Deep sea fish also can. He also advised me to take more fresh fruits.

My condition is extremely better, I can wear short sleeve shirt already.

I went for review last sunday on 27/01/08 & the doctor prescribed me as follows:

1. another shot of injection

2. The Dhasolone (same as above, for 4 more days)

3. The Itrazol (same as above for 2 another 2 weeks)

4. Ecort cream

5. miconazole cream

6. beprosalic ointment (replace dermovate at night)

7. The Mentar shampoo.

Hope can be cure soonest. Amen.

I just received my bonus for last year on saturday (26/01/08). I am very sad because I receive less than the previous year. What to do, just accept itlah, I do understand that my performance for last year slightly dropped due to my illness. A little bit dissapointed because I was the one who separuh mati prepare all the bonus report until dreamt of it in my sleep. I didn't expect that less.

Know what, saya sudah malas mau kerja di sini. It's not because of my workplace is not good, but I dah bosanlah kerja. If I could, I want to resign and relax for a while before find another job. I am feeling too tired. That's why I bought nombor ekor so kalau kena besar saya boleh berhenti kerja. I am hoping that I could the jackpot. Please God, I cannot stand already. I want to do I like to do. Not doing something that people instruct me to do.

I am stressful, I need rest. Even I want to meet my friends. Now, I am lonely, no time to meet friends. Even sometimes on Sunday I have to come to work. Got a lot to do!
