A lil' bit from Commonwealth Games 2006

What an outstanding performances by Malaysia's weightlifters when their camp had contibuted a Gold and a Bronze medal for Malaysia in the first day of competition in the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Melbourne yesterday. Congratulations to Faizal Baharom and Martin Guntali, especially for the latter whose age is 37 years old but still not stop him in competing for the event and yet delivered. That's what I called 'MALAYSIA BOLEH' spirit.

Hope there are more to come from our athletes from the Games. Hopefully Alex Lim Keng Liat can deliver a medal from the pool today as he will be competing in the 50m backstrokes swimming final.

I am hoping Malaysia could brings alot of medals regardless of its colours especially from Badminton, Swimming, Weightlifting, Cycling, Gymnastics or perhaps Hockey.
